Balbinus, unlisted bust
In a few days, my work on Balbinus' coins should appear on the website. If you read this article later after its release, you will be able to see this work. In the meantime, I have just listed a new bust (obviously, it may be that someone, somewhere has already listed ... in any case this is not known to the general public). EDIT: Curtis Clay informed me that in 2013, he had listed this bust, link to the topic: https://www.forumancientcoins.com/board/index.php?topic=93213.0. But he had not yet seen this bust with the type PM TR P COS II PP that I present here.
Concerning Balbin, the RIC volume 4B, wrote in a note of RIC 1, page 169: ''seen from the front, troughout the series''. Since then, the exact orientation of the busts has been noted, more precisely. Let's see below this bust ''from the front'':

You will note that contrary to what is written in the RIC, the busts on the denari are cuirassed. The bust that we see here is: Laureate, draped and cuirassed on the right, seen three quarter ahead. Let's see now, two coins with the same reverse type, with two different bust orientations:

On the last photo, the bust is seen from three quarter back. Indeed, we see the back of Balbinus and his left shoulder is invisible. I noted this bust seen from three quarters back on another type already and I will present and classify all this in my database on this site, very soon.
