CARo _ LVS (inscribed in two lines, one globule between the letters AR linked and the letter V).
MTTOLO (circular legend around a cross with a hollow in the center, one globule between the letter M and the second letter O).

The second letter T is assimilable to the letter E. However, its shape is exactly the same as the other letter that follows. In addition, this first letter T is made up of three globules linked together. There appears to be no globule on the obverse.
