Like Numiscorner, I think this coin is close to that sold by OGN Numismatique, (see type 1) for the mints of: Saint Marcel de Chalon-sur-Saône (Côte-d’Or), Saint Maurice de Tours or Saint-Martin de Tours. It seems more likely to me that the workshop is that of Saint-Martin de Tours.
