Reverse
R P (the letters R and P under a tilde? One globule in the middle, one globule to the left of the letter R and three globules arranged in a triangle in front of the letter P).
CINMA (the letters C, N, I and M under a tilde).

In 2017 cgb.fr classified this coin as an indeterminate mint. I read on the reverse "CINMA" which indicates the mint of Le Mans. The presence of the line above the letters R and P is assumed but invisible on the coin (off blank?). Similarly, no T between the two letters ... it is a die break.
