This coin does not seem to exist in a state of conservation inferior than AU or superior to MS 63.
If you have a more worn copy than the known minimum conservation state, remove aproximately 30 percent for each lower conservation state. In the opposite case, you probably have the best known copy, as long as the coin is not sold, we can not know what price will be obtained in auction.
Just like the type with 16 and 20 sections, I find that the weight may vary slightly and the diameter also. For the 24 sections, this variation is very slight: 24.10 mm. For the 20 sections, I note (still according to the information provided by cgb.fr) that the diameter goes from 23.00 mm to 23.45 mm. For the 16 sides the diameter seems to vary only very slightly, one coin saw at cgb.fr with 24.21 mm. Here, the diameter is faithful but the weight is slightly below (4.82 grs for the copy cgb.fr)Are the blanks really fluctuating in size? Or is it the measurement capabilities of a difficult shaped blank, which cause these variations?
