This coin does not seem to exist in a state of conservation lower or higher than MS 63.
This is the only known copy. As cgb.fr points out, it is the same coin illustrated in the book "Monetary Essays and Piéforts French 1870 - 2001" by Michel Taillard and Michel Arnaud, editions Victor Gadoury. This book published in 2014 gives a price of 12,000 euros. Since then, I noticed in 2017 that this coin has been auctioned by cgb.fr and realized a price of 7,500 € (2 participants). So I made an estimate between these two data.
If you have a more worn copy than the known minimum conservation state, remove aproximately 30 percent for each lower conservation state. In the opposite case, you probably have the best known copy, as long as the coin is not sold, we can not know what price will be obtained in auction.
